Keeper of The Plains

Traditional country resurgence group

Keeper Of The Plains  fronted by lead singer, Michael Gutierrez captures the red dirt country sound that had been missing in country music today. The Fort Worth, Texas based band has spent the last few years perfecting their signature blend of modern country elements with classic roots. With one studio album in their repertoire, Keeper Of The Plains is off to a strong start with a brand new single and a recent collaboration with Nashville-based independent label services firm, Bar Frog Music. Todd Barrow

Todd Barrow is making a name for himself as a country artist to watch. The Texas singer-songwriter has racked up more than a few accolades, from a PRSA Award of Excellence, to an Akademia Award for Best Country Album, and an artist spotlight in Alternative Roots Magazine, American Pride Magazine and AVA Radio. He has appeared on television shows including Good Morning Texas with Jerry Matheny and Texas Music Café on PBS. He’s even shared the stage and studio with some of country music’s heaviest hitters, from CMA musicians in Miranda Lambert’s band to Fort Worth Producer of the Year Bart Rose. But it’s more than just Todd’s success to date that makes him such a compelling country artist. What’s most readily apparent in Todd Barrow’s music is his heart.

Susan Hickman

Country/Texas Country/Soul Country

Determination and passion paint the walls of country artist Susan Hickman‘s life, causing fans to recognize these vibrant traits undeniably inspire the way she crafts her music. While these are characteristics most acquire as they mature, they seem to be inherent in Hickman’s ethereal essence. At only the age of five she began playing piano and added violin lessons as well a few short years later. As if two instruments wasn’t enough for a young Hickman to handle, at the age of twenty-one, she began teaching herself to play guitar in the living room of her family home in Atascocita, Texas. Hickman finds a unique way to connect her own voice with the instruments she surrounds herself with and has the ability to create melodies which are very much “Louder Than Words”.
